OPTION 1: Your health insurance may cover ALL or PART of the cost of a Clean Air Curtain

Health insurance plans often provide reimbursement for ALL or PART of the cost of a Clean Air Curtain. Check with your plan administrator, or call the number on your insurance documents.

OPTION 2: Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

If you have ASTHMA, ALLERGIES, COPD or certain other conditions or diseases—and a medical professional such as an MD or PA certifies an air purifier as a “medical necessity”—then your FSA may be allowed to be used to cover the cost of a Clean Air Curtain.

You must see your doctor prior to purchase, in order to obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity (the doctor will know what this is and how to complete). Here’s a sample letter.

Check with your plan administrator to be sure you have all the documentation you need.
